This explains what Dirtex Earthworks Pty Ltd does with the details you send us through this website, in plain terms.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, when you would like the work done, a description of the job, and any photos you choose to attach.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry: to call or email you, ask questions about the site and the access, and give you a quote. We also send you one confirmation email so you know it arrived.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and the website is hosted by a third party hosting provider. They handle the data only to deliver the message and run the site. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email hello@dirtexearthworks.example and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
